Property is required as security for all forms of bridging finance, however we do offer a style of lending in London secured against a long term leasehold.
We also specialise in bridging loans for those with an adverse or bad credit history. We base our funding on the equity in any house, home or land used as seucrity not on credit reports or scores, giving everyone a chance at getting a short term bridging loan which can be used for any purpose.
As we are not brokers, there are no brokers fees for you to pay. We do not have any upfront admistration fee or lock in costs that you will find with many other lenders. The only upfront monetary pay out you have is for the valuation of the property being used as security. That is paid directly to a surveyor in your local are not us.
We offer first and second charge loans, and in extreme cases, can offer a third charge.
We also have a revolving credit facility, however, a perfect credit is required for it.
